Set Up Manual

The Winter 2011 San Francisco International Gift Fair Set- Up Manual will be available approximately 8-12 weeks prior to the show.  From shipping and set-up information to general show, decorator, convention center forms, the kit contains everything you need to ensure a quick and convenient move-in and move-out process.




IMPORTANT EXHIBITOR BADGE PROCEDURE CHANGE
Please note new on-site badge pick-up procedures for exhibitors. Company representatives may no longer request or pick-up badges for other staff members without also being able to provide proper ID and SFIGF hotel stay information for these individuals. The SFIGF needs to provide the San Francisco Convention & Visitors  Bureau with up-to-date hotel stay information on all our show participants.  When you come to the registration desk to pick-up your badge, you will be asked to provide the name of the hotel you’re staying in (if applicable) and for how long. We appreciate your cooperation.
